App: सोसायटी उपविधी – महाराष्ट्र (Society Bye-laws – Maharashtra)

Login details. To use the app you log in with your Google account (Google shares your email address, name and profile picture with the app). Login is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, which stores these details and a user ID under Google's privacy terms (firebase.google.com/support/privacy). We use them only to let you log in.
The app itself does not store your name, email address or mobile number. Google Firebase Authentication keeps the login record needed to sign you in; the app's own database keeps only an anonymous user ID.
Suggestions you send. If you use the "Suggestion / report a mistake" box, only the text you write, the type you choose, the page it is about, your language and your anonymous user ID are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). No name, email or number is attached. They are used only to improve the app's information. Suggestions are never shown to other users. Please do not write personal or confidential details in a suggestion.
Visit counts. Each time you open the app, the total visit counter and that day's counter go up by one, and an anonymous entry for your user ID (first and last visit time, number of visits, with no name, email or number) is updated so that each user is counted once. Everyone sees only the overall totals (number of visits and users).
We never sell your data, show it to other users, or share it with anyone for their own use. The app has no analytics and takes no payments. Bye-laws you save and your language/text-size choices stay only on your own device.
To cover running costs, the website and app may show advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not give Google (or anyone) your name, email, suggestions or any data from our database. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies on this website to show ads and to measure them, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com; learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Ads are clearly separate from the bye-law information and are not endorsements.
You can log out at any time from the "About" tab. To have your login record and your suggestions deleted permanently, send a request through the suggestion box in the app (type "Other"); they will be deleted within 30 days.
This app gives information only. It is not legal advice, does not offer any paid service, and is not an official app of the Government of Maharashtra or the Co-operation Department. The bye-law content is based on the Model Bye-laws (2014) published by the Commissioner for Co-operation & Registrar, Maharashtra, with notes on later amendments. The registered bye-laws of your society, the MCS Act 1960, the MCS Rules 1961 and the Government Gazette always prevail. The owner is not responsible for any loss or decision based on this app; check the official text or consult a qualified person before acting.
The text of the Model Bye-laws, laws, rules and government orders belongs to the Government and is reproduced for public information. The app's design, logo, code, summaries, translations, arrangement and forms layout are © Sushant Yerondkar. You may read, print and share the information for personal, non-commercial use. Copying the app, its code or its translations/summaries in bulk, or republishing them as another app or website, is not allowed without written permission.
ॲप वापरण्यासाठी Google (Gmail) खात्याने लॉगिन करावे लागते; तुमचे नाव/ई-मेल फक्त लॉगिनसाठी वापरले जाते. ॲप स्वतः तुमचे नाव, ई-मेल किंवा मोबाइल नंबर जतन करत नाही. "सूचना / चूक कळवा" मध्ये लिहिलेली सूचना नाव/ई-मेलशिवाय जतन होते व फक्त ॲपची माहिती सुधारण्यासाठी वापरली जाते. ॲप उघडल्याची व वापरकर्त्यांची फक्त एकूण संख्या मोजली जाते. तुमची कोणतीही माहिती कधीही विकली जात नाही; ॲनालिटिक्स किंवा पैसे घेणे नाही. खर्च भागवण्यासाठी वेबसाइट/ॲपवर Google AdSense च्या जाहिराती दिसू शकतात; त्यासाठी Google cookies वापरू शकते (वैयक्तिक जाहिराती adssettings.google.com वर बंद करता येतात). आमच्या डेटाबेसमधील कोणतीही माहिती Google ला दिली जात नाही. माहिती हटवायची असल्यास ॲपमधील सूचना बॉक्सद्वारे कळवा; 30 दिवसांत हटवली जाईल.
