Bye-law No. 95: Special General Meeting
May be called any time by the Chairman or a committee majority. Must be called within 1 month on written requisition by at least 1/5 of members, the Registrar or the Federation. Only the business in the notice is transacted.
Bye-law No. 96: Action on requisition
The Secretary places a requisition before the Committee within 7 days to fix the date, time and place.
Bye-law No. 98: Notice period for meetings
14 clear days' notice for the AGM and 5 clear days for a special meeting, with copies to the Federation and Registrar. In an emergency a special meeting may be called at shorter notice if the Committee unanimously decides; the reasons and decisions are communicated in writing within 2 days.
