Allotment of flats

Summary

A member who bought from the builder or by transfer is deemed allotted the flat. New allotments are by first-come-first-served, full payment or lots. Allotment may be cancelled for non-payment of calls. The flat must be used only for the purpose in the allotment letter; change of use needs the Committee's written consent.
