Summary

Elect a chairperson for the meeting, admit new members, approve the Chief Promoter's accounts, form a provisional committee, fix the borrowing limit, authorise conveyance from the builder, appoint an internal auditor, consider federation affiliation. If no provisional committee is elected, the Registrar nominates one for 1 year.
